The breakfast was good WITH a satisfying variety of options. The location IS convenient for accessing both the city center and transportation hubs. The staff provided friendly and efficient service (i appreciate it!).
The bathroom was not properly cleaned upon arrival, disappointing. The carpet seemed old and needed a thorough cleaning.

The location was superb! it was so close to public transport. the staff were very helpful arranging transport to the airport for my early morning departure. i even got a breakfast box prepared for me. Breakfast was good value.
The room did not have a fridge. i would have loved that. a microwave would be handy too. I wish there was some soap by the sink.

the room i had was a bit dated. the carpet had some stains which detracted from the otherwise clean environment. updating the carpeting would.
